DCS Customer Connect Changes

Division of Child Support (DCS) is making changes to how a user signs into DCS Customer Connect. The State of South Dakota has developed a single sign on application, MYSD PORTAL, which allows a user a single point of entry for e-government services. MYSD PORTAL allows a user to use one user-id and password for accessing other participating State of South Dakota web based applications without having to log into each application separately. In addition, DCS will also be merging our Credit Card application for making child support payments into DCS Customer Connect for our users to have an easier and more concise experience.

These changes will be coming in the following months. More information and instructions will be provided on DCS Customer Connect when closer to implementation.
