Making paying child support convenient is important to DCS! Starting November 15th, DCS will be switching to ExpertPay as the online payment processor for child support payments. ExpertPay is a fast, simple, and secure way to make child support payments by credit or debit card, ACH, or PayPal. ExpertPay charges fees for their services. Child Support does not receive any portion of these fees. Visit https://www.expertpay.com/obligorapp/#/fee to learn more about the fees. There will continue to be options with no cost to you including mailing in a check or paying by cash or check at your local DCS office.

Division of Child Support (DCS) Customer Connect has moved to South Dakota’s single sign-on application, Citizen Portal, which allows users a single point of entry for e-government services. Citizen Portal allows a user to access participating State of South Dakota web based applications with one user id and password. In addition, DCS has merged the Credit Card application for making child support payments into DCS Customer Connect for our users to have an easier and more concise experience.
