Division of Child Support (DCS) Customer Connect has moved to South Dakota’s single sign-on application, Citizen Portal, which allows users a single point of entry for e-government services. Citizen Portal allows a user to access participating State of South Dakota web based applications with one user id and password. In addition, DCS has merged the Credit Card application for making child support payments into DCS Customer Connect for our users to have an easier and more concise experience.
